These terms cover your use of Mursil, a Chrome extension published by Naveed Ganatra. By installing or using it, you agree to them.
Mursil collects business contact details, finds email addresses published on business websites, and sends outreach email from your own mailbox.
The free version allows 100 extractions and 100 emails a day, with downloads and paid validation switched off. Mursil Pro removes the daily limits, enables downloads, and includes 1,000 email validations a month. Pro costs $15 a month and renews until you cancel.
A Pro licence is for one person on one computer. It activates on the first machine you use it on. If you change computer, message us and we will free the key — that takes a minute and costs nothing.
Sharing or reselling your key is not allowed. If a key is being used by several people we may replace or disable it.
You are the sender. Every email Mursil sends goes out from your mailbox, under your name, to recipients you chose. The obligations below are yours, not ours.
If you break these, we may end your licence without a refund.
Mursil has no access to your mailbox and cannot read your replies. We do not sell you lists of contacts — you collect your own. We do not guarantee that any email reaches an inbox rather than a spam folder; nobody honestly can.
Mursil depends on services we don't control: your SMTP provider, the websites being read, and our own servers. We aim to keep everything running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Where a fault on our side stops you using Pro for a meaningful period, tell us and we will extend your subscription accordingly.
Your lead lists, emails and campaigns are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. What reaches our servers, and why, is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
If we change the price, existing subscribers keep their current price for at least 60 days after we tell them, and we tell them by email before the change takes effect.
You can cancel at any time; see the Refund Policy. We may end your licence if you break section 3, or if payment fails and stays unresolved. If we end your licence for any reason other than a breach by you, we refund the unused part of the month.
Mursil is a tool. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for lost business, lost data, or damage to a sending domain's reputation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payment, billing and tax.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and we tell subscribers by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
